I’ve been yapping for weeks about these trips because they’re the best thing I get to do. I spend months building the itineraries, sweating the details, and making sure every moment feels intentional. And every year, we have a TIME.

These trips are expected to sell out quickly. If your preferred departure fills up, add yourself to the waitlist on the sales page. If additional rooms become available, waitlisted travelers will get priority. And if demand is especially high, we may add an additional departure, with waitlist folks getting priority again.

Morocco North

September 3-11, 2026 (Waitlist only)

This food-and-crafts adventure is designed to get you into the mix, with your own hands! We’ll take a pottery workshop, calligraphy session, and a cooking class all while exploring incredible restaurants. We’ll try camel burgers and pastilla (a perfect sweet-savory pie), wander the legendary Medina of Fes with plenty of time to shop, and dive into a street food tour in Marrakech’s iconic Jmaa El-Fnaa.

This trip is for you if you want to eat well, get lost (on purpose) in Morocco’s most vibrant medinas and come home with a custom leather jacket or two.

Morocco South

September 13-22, 2026 (Waitlist only)

This food and culture focused trip takes us from the bustling city of Marrakech, into the Sahara for a glamping experience, through the High Atlas Mountains, for tea with an Amazigh family, and even stopping at a rug cooperative for a chance to shop one-of-a kind goods, directly from local vendors! We’ll of course eat well, taking a cooking class and enjoy so many local bites. A few light hikes are included that are not strenuous. You just need to be steady on your feet and able to walk for a couple of hours.

Morocco South begins in Marrakech just two days after Morocco North ends there. If you book both, we’ll cover your hotel room for the nights in between them.

This trip is for you if you want to eat well and step outside of the city to explore desert horizons, Amazigh culture, and bring home a rug or two.

Egypt - History & The Nile

October 3-12, 2026 (Waitlist only) & October 17-26, 2026

On this trip, we’ll explore ancient wonders with a local expert who will help us understand everything we see and taste. We’ll share a meal with a Nubian family in Aswan—an ethnic group indigenous to the Nile Valley—and sail down the Nile for three nights, stopping at small villages, temples, and sacred sites outside the major cities. The whole time on the Nile, we’ll be on our own privately chartered Nile Dahabiya, a traditional sailing vessel that offers a prime location to rest, explore, dine, and soak it all in.

This trip is for you if you want to dive into ancient history, food that tells a story, and a once-in-a-lifetime sail down the Nile.
